Microchip: the Mark of the Beast?

Is a digital implant the “mark of the Beast” talked about in the book of Revelation? After an exhausting 18 hours of labor, a mother delivers a healthy baby. The parents are overwhelmed with emotion to see their firstborn come into the world. Nursing staff wheels the child into the newborn ward, with a smiling father following. But his joyful expression suddenly changes into a distressed frown when a nurse takes a stainless steel syringe and inserts a microchip capsule into the child’s right hand. The healthcare worker quickly reassures the concerned father this is standard procedure. This scenario depicts the much-discussed, often-feared, possible expanded use of radio-frequency identification (RFID). RFID is an advanced identification process in which an individual or item is tagged with a specific ID number. Using radio waves, a computerized reader can scan a tag’s unique serial number and access any stored information. The advantage of this system? Beyond today’s barc...

Fill Your Mind With God's Word

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:16 (KJV) Filling your mind with good thoughts translates to filling your mind with the word of God because only the word is good. The word of God is all you need. That is why the payoff of this ministry is “Power in the Word”. Whatever the word cannot give you, one, you don’t need it, and two does not exist. All you need can be found in the word of God. A child is in the word. A car is in the word. A spouse is in the word. Achieving success in your exams is in the word. As I always say, you can take everything I have from me, throw me in the desert with the word of God, and I will still produce. The things you see today are created by the word of God. Without the word, nothing can be made. The word of God will put food on your table, clothes on your back, and shelter over your head. S...

10 SCRIPTURE TO HELP YOU GET THROUGH THE HARD DAYS

HERE WE GO! ♥♥ Matthew 11:28-30    “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” 1 Peter 5:6-7    “Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,  casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” Romans 8:28-29    “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.” Proverbs 3:5-6    “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own...
Parents need a plan when it comes to discipline and correction. We need to learn how to correct our children in a way that…   1. Law: Luke 10:27   As Christians, we are called to obey “the law of Christ” (1 Cor. 9:21; Gal. 6:2). In his earthly ministry, Jesus told us what His most important commandments are: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” Kids need boundaries and rules, but too many rules can be burdensome. Jesus keeps it ruthlessly simple for us, giving us just two memorable laws, pulled right from the Law of Moses. Love God. Love people. Every act of disobedience is, in some way, connected to one or both of these commands. When our kids are impatient, they aren’t showing love towards God in his wise timing or towards people in their weaknesses. When our kids are argumentative, they aren’t showing love to the elders placed ...
